Step 3
For Instruments under 4 years choose the “Under Warranty” Service Below for repairs.
Step 4
For Instruments over 4 years old choose “Out Of Warranty Repair”.

We all know we might not remember the exact date we bought our instruments. But don’t worry we have it all written down. If you select “Out Of Warranty” repair and your instrument is under warranty we will immediately refund the repair fee (shipping still applies) so you are not out of pocket.
And if you make an error and select “Under Warranty”, when your instrument is older, that’s not a concern. We will just call you and sort out the difference. Leaving you to focus treating your patients.
